The room itself was surprisingly spacious, featuring excellent block-out window treatments that guaranteed a peaceful night’s sleep, even with the bustling activity across the east of Adelaide. I appreciated the stunning views and luxurious fit-out, enhancing my overall experience. I also discovered that room service had to be selected on the iPad, but I enjoyed how the room got made up promptly.

Staff is incredibly helpful and you can park your car nearby. Its location is fantastic & particularly good, near to Adelaide when most of the 5 star hotels bathrooms, lots of other attractions, and south Australia and New South Wales❤

The service was outstanding with parking nearby. We stayed for 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the room, which was brand-new with great view. The staff was very friendly and attentive, everything was second to none. Location: the hotel was close enough to restaurants & shopping, and the adjoining casino...

I was really frustrated navigating the hotel. The lack of clear signs made it a maze, and it took ages just to find the valet and reception. It turned a simple check-in into a stressful experience. Totally not what I expected!

I recently stayed for a weekend getaway, and it was an absolute delight! The hotel offers spotlessly clean, spacious rooms with nightly turndown service, which included tea and a cozy bed setup. The staff were welcoming and attentive, even offering complimentary products in our room after a cancellation. The overall ambiance is luxurious, making it a perfect treat for anyone looking to indulge.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location was on point! Super close to the CBD and all the hot dining spots. The room I stayed in was modern, spacious, and had a fantastic view. Plus, the mini bar had some complimentary goodies-such a nice touch!
Check-in was a hassle! The 3pm timing felt way too late, especially with all the New Year traffic. Staff were friendly, but I had issues with service at the restaurant, and I was left waiting way too long. it was not what I expected for the price!

While the friendly staff and river location were highlights, the decor felt sterile and uninspiring, lacking warmth. The spacious room was clean, but we wished for more engaging aesthetics. The breakfast was decent, and the nearby attractions like the Botanical Gardens were fantastic for family outings. it was a reasonable experience, yet not one I feel compelled to repeat.

The room was just beautiful, with stunning views that made it feel so special. the bed was incredibly comfy, making it hard to get out of in the morning. Breakfast was delicious too! Plus, the sauna, spa, and pool were perfect for relaxation.
The rooftop bar access was a bit tricky; some might find it less convenient.

The experience at the award-winning heated outdoor swimming pool was delightful! Floating there felt like being a mermaid on holiday, with views sweeping across the River Torrens that made my heart flutter more than a romantic comedy. It was truly a serene escape from reality.
Only one bin in the room.
